You dropped by because you are looking to grow. To grow your mindset, it's important to change your current mindset. The below mindset activities can help you accomplish that goal.

3 ways to change your mindset:

1. Discover your current mindset.

Take time to evaluate where you are, what type of mindset you have. Then find a person you respect and admire that has demonstrated their growth mindset and discuss where they see your mindset. Each of you discuss and take notes, then you use those notes from your mentor and improve by what you have learned.

2. Self-Observation

Take a piece of paper, then write the phrases that you think on a day-to-day basis. Such as, "Looks like I'm going to have a bad day"

Take this phrase and turn the fixed mindset phrase into a growth mindset phrase like, "Looks like today I will really have to be focused and alert"

Write down statements, thoughts and phrases you normally would say, think or feel, then rewrite statements that will give you strength, rather than what would make you defeated and/or weak.

3. Making A Choice

Deciding to just do it is the simplest way to change your mindset. Sometimes fear, insecurities and what people would think keeps us from our passions.

Choose a task, place, desire, or something you've always wanted to do, "one thing" and choose only one thing that you want to accomplish, and within the next 10-days, just do it.

You will find when you change your attitude about what you want and focus on that, your mindset changes. You then become ignited, motivated and charged to make something happen for you. Something you've always dreamed of. This is the beginning of a growth mindset. The hope of change becomes reality, that's you growing!
